Dr. Phillip Baldwin
Dr. Phillip M. Baldwin is a native of Pittsboro, North Carolina. He is the son of the late Reverend Lynn and late the Ethel M. Baldwin and is the eighth of nine children.

Dr. Baldwin is a 1984, graduate from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a Concentration in Manufacturing. Dr. Baldwin received his Master of Divinity degree from Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina in May 1999. He also earned his Doctor of Ministry Degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky in May 2006.

In March 1992, Dr. Baldwin answered God's call into the gospel ministry and was licensed by the Lowndes Hill Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina. In March 1993, he was called to serve as Pastor of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Since serving as Pastor at Bethlehem, God has built on the foundation already laid. In October 1996, Bethlehem was blessed to move into a new sanctuary. In January 1997, Dr. Baldwin first revealed to Bethlehem the vision that God gave to him for Bethlehem to construct a Christian Life Center and Academy. In December 2004, Bethlehem moved into Christian Life Center. Bethlehem Baptist Church now has over 50 ministries, an After-School Program and a Summer Camp Program.

Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Baldwin is actively involved in community outreach programs, humanitarian efforts, and charitable initiatives. He believes in the importance of living out one's faith through acts of kindness and service, and his leadership has been instrumental in positively impacting the lives of those in need. Dr. Baldwin currently serves as the Region 4 Vice President of the Baptist Educational and Missionary Convention of South Carolina. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Morris College in Sumter, SC.

Dr. Baldwin is a member of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, The South Carolina Baptist Education and Missionary Convention, and a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. He is the former Moderator of the Reedy River Baptist Association and served as a faculty member of the Reedy River Baptist Congress of Christian Education. Dr. Baldwin has served as Co-Chair of Greenville County MLK Dream Weekend, and President of The Baptist Minister's Fellowship of Greenville and Vicinity. He is also the author of the book, "The Nuts and Bolts of Pastoral Ministry" published by Xulon Press Publishing Company, available on Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

As a preacher, scholar and humanitarian, Dr. Phillip M. Baldwin continues to inspire and uplift individuals from all walks of life, offering them spiritual guidance, a sense of purpose, and a deep connection to their faith. His dedication to spreading the word of God and his unwavering commitment to the betterment of society make him a true beacon of light in the world of ministry.

Dr. Baldwin is married to the former Wynell Harrison and they have been blessed with one daughter, LaJasmin.
